What a visit covers
Maintenance is care.
Repairs are a separate decision.
Depending on the system and agreed visit scope, maintenance may include filter and airflow review, electrical and operating checks, and assessment of coils, drainage, or heating components.
Replacement parts, refrigerant, repairs, and additional work are not automatically included. HYPE will explain the recommended work and applicable membership benefits.
