Our how / Clear expectations
Coverage is in
the details.
Your proposal and warranty documents should identify what is covered, for how long, who provides the coverage, and what conditions apply.
Manufacturer parts coverage
Check the model-specific certificate for covered components, duration, ownership rules, exclusions, registration requirements, and claim procedures.
Labor and service charges
Parts coverage does not automatically cover labor, diagnostic charges, refrigerant, or service fees. Ask HYPE about any separately included or available labor coverage.
Registration and maintenance
Registration deadlines and maintenance requirements vary. Retain the installation paperwork, registration confirmation, and maintenance records.
A current system or a new quote?
Have your model and serial number, installation date, and any warranty documents available when you contact HYPE. New-system proposals should state the actual coverage offered.
